Since my car wreck in 2000 I have been unable to do ArtFurniture. Well, up until now!! I received two commissions from one of my most favorite clients in Ithaca. She’s a big fan of Mackensie-Childs and asked me to do these pieces in that style. How delightful to watch the transformation of this furniture. If you have that old piece of Grandma’s furniture that you can’t bare to part with, yet it needs a facelift, let me take care of that for you!! Dr. Moonchild to the rescue!!

I want to personally thank everyone that attended my art opening last Sunday at Thou Art Gallery. Nance put on a wonderful spread of veggies and cookies, wine and punch! It was my best opening ever, and special thanks to Nance Boyce for all the she does to make you feel special.

The show hangs until May 20, so there’s still time to experience the Dancing Goddesses of Emotion.

Puppies should be leaving next weekend, so I’m hoping that there will once again be that wonderful opportunity to stand before my easel to see who will show up next!!

Thank you so very much for sharing your time here with me. I appreciate your taking time out of your busy day to lighten your heart with art! I hope that you are enjoying the look of the new website…I LOVE it!! You will find my site updated on a regular basis, with new work and that which has been sold and moved to that category. I have not uploaded all my sold paintings here…if there is some particular category that you would like to see more of than you see here, email me and I’ll send you some pics.

April 19, 2009, from 2-5 pm, Thou Art Gallery, www.thouart-gallery.com, 111 Church Street, Groton, NY, will be hosting her last art show before moving to Main Street in Groton. Nance says that it’s only right that since I was her first show at the church, I should be her last. Please mark your calendars and come out to share the Dancing Goddesses of Emotion series up close and personal. There will be original works as well as prints and notecards!!! Yummy goodies and delightful wine will be available for your pleasure as well.
